Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service!

Had a delightful stay with my family! The room was spacious and immaculate, perfect for our needs. Jasmine at front desk was particularly helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, but the dining area staff could improve their friendliness. A well-maintained hotel overall, with convenient access to local attractions.

Clean rooms and great indoor pool. Breakfast had nice variety. Shower head sprays water everywhere. Could use better maintenance.

Additionally, the lighting design is puzzling. the only accessible switch when entering the room requires fumbling in the dark to find the bed lights, quite a peculiar setup. Noise from slamming doors can be rather irritating at early hours, especially for those wanting a good sleep.

i had a wonderful stay at the holiday inn express. the queen room with two queen beds was highly spacious and very clean. the beds were super comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. the customer service was excellent, especially from the cleaning staff who managed our request for extra bedding efficiently. breakfast was great, a big money saver when traveling with family, and they even have an indoor pool for some fun!

the bathroom door swings all the way shut and doesn't stay open, which can be a bit inconvenient.
